Company Profile
JCE Positive Outcomes is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the delivery of accredited training to all levels of management and staff and in the tailoring of specific programs to suit the requirements of individual organisations. All services provided by JCE Positive Outcomes are guaranteed to surpass the rigours tabled in the Australian Qualifications Framework and each industry’s National Accreditation System. Furthermore, JCE Positive Outcomes guarantees that all of its trainers and facilitators are degree-qualified and have undertaken the necessary Training & Assessment Training programs.
The founding members of JCE Positive Outcomes are industry professionals who have many decades of combined experience within the Vocational Education and Training Sector. The Directors are hands-on employees of the company and personally oversee both the provision of quality training and operations of the company.
The Directors’ qualifications and experience can be summarised as follows:
International management and training experience across five countries (the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, the United Kingdom)
Senior management roles in multinational organisations, tourism organisations, hotel chains and Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Qualified chefs and hospitality/tourism industry professionals
Management Consultants to a variety of businesses and not-for-profits
